No loud protests allowed on library property, as it would disturb the quitness and they're quiteness rights always trump your noise rights. That's the ordinance set by the bylaw from the state's bill passed by the senate from congress.

Awesome state of the art location, accessible to massive transit and local transportation, tons of books and videos, good lightning for reading, internet cafe and private conference rooms. Attentive and professional personnel. Live events.

Thieves come here and steal bikes from the bike parking area. My bike was stolen from the parking area on the Flatbush Ave. side of the library. Someone cut the lock and ran off. Library security weren't of any help. They wouldn't even look at the footage from their video cameras.
