Brown County Central Library and its branch locations hold weekly storytimes for young children: Book Babies Storytime (ages 0-2), Toddler Storytime (ages 2-3), Preschool Storytime, and Family Storytime. An evening storytime is added on the second Monday of each month. Caregivers attend and take part alongside children rather than dropping them off. The library also runs 1000 Books Before Kindergarten, which encourages parents and caregivers to read with children ages 0-6, and TALK, a free weekly text service suggesting caregiver-child activities for ages 0-5.
