Bridgetown Baby is such an amazing resource for parents! We have been working with IBCLC Melissa Curry for all things lactation and she is amazing. So caring and gentle and knowledgeable. I wish I had had her support for my first baby! It’s also sooo nice that they come to your house. Game changer! Thank you Bridgetown Baby and Melissa for supporting our family!

Melissa Curry quite literally 'saved' my life. I first met Melissa when I was in a very dark, unsustainable place in my feeding journey due to undiagnosed ties for my LO. Melissa was able to quickly assess and provide immediate support in a way that made me feel like there was hope throughout my feeding/newborn journey. I will be forever grateful for her expertise and care. I would highly, highly recommend Melissa to folks looking for support in their postpartum and/or feeding journey.

As first-time parents, trusting someone with our newborn felt daunting—until we met the team at Bridgetown Baby. Their staff is incredibly reliable, informative, and genuinely kind. From day one, they provided us with confidence, comfort, and peace of mind. They were not only knowledgeable and professional, but also extremely accommodating and flexible with our needs. We can’t recommend Bridgetown Baby enough and have already been singing their praises to everyone in our network. They made a world of difference in those early weeks, and we’re so grateful!

We worked with Melissa Curry for our lactation care from the first days of our baby’s life. Melissa is incredibly warm and amazing at instilling confidence in brand new parents, something we continue to be grateful for. Whether we came to her with latching concerns or breast health questions, Melissa drew from her deep knowledge and expertise to create custom care plans for us. She has also been a great support as we navigated some tough decisions as a family. I would recommend Melissa to any parent looking for lactation support!

I highly recommend Melissa Curry. She is IBCLC lactation consultant and extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and encouraging. She met with us prior to birth and gave us a background on lactation and what to expect the first couple of day. She made a visit just a few days after coming back from the hospital and was the only lactation consultant to give our kiddo an oral exam and diagnosis a tongue tie. She helped us through finding a physician for performing a tongue tie and lip tie release and all sorts of oral and tummy time exercises required to help both my kiddo become a better feeder. After each visit she provided a care plan that always started with "you are doing a great job working to meet your child's nutritional needs." This support was invaluable as breastfeeding was extremely challenging and painful at first. 5 months postpartum I am now breastfeeding on the go. I could have never imagined that at the beginning. I cannot recommend Melissa and Bridgetown Baby enough. And her services are likely free through The Lactation Network and your insurance. Don't hesitate to book with her today! She was truly a key member of my support team.
