Blooma is an amazingly inclusive yoga studio with phenomenal teachers. I have a son with special needs, and they have 2 classes on the weekends where I can attend an adult class, and Stephanie Kimble teaches “kids yoga”. She is wonderful with my little gentleman and all the other kiddos. She’s known for her laugh, and it is indeed infectious! My son always comes out of class with a huge smile on his face; and yes - sometimes he just wants to hug Stephanie a little longer…

What a game changer!! My husband and I took the expedited weekend birth class and I cannot say how helpful that was for my birth. I waited to review the class until I had my baby, and my husband and I both feel that Blooma is a MUST have for all expecting parents. If it was not for the tools and skills we gained from this class we would have been pushed into a c-section by the doctors at the hospital. During the class our instructor (Ashlee) went over different concepts. One of the main ones is that very rarely is there a moment where you cannot ask a doctor for a few minutes to process what they are saying and come back with a different suggestion. Blooma gave us the tools, confidence, and knowledge on how to handle these situations. My husband, said the class is well worth it and he views it as a game changer for him. That multiple times during the birth (while I was worried or stressed out, or feeling overwhelmed) he was able to use the skills he learned in the class on how to navigate these situations. I was able to give birth vaginally to a healthy baby girl and I did not need to have a c-section at all, and I thank Blooma for giving us the knowledge and tools on how to handle such a stressful and new situation. We also took their comfort measures class and lactation class, both are wonderful classes and great tools, but if you can only take one class, please take the birth class!

Brittany came for a home visit to work with our 10 day old baby who has a tongue tie. She was FABULOUS. She brought a calming and confident presence with her. She had so many tips and tricks for us to fill our feeding toolbox! We had success latching for a few minutes which brought us so much hope for breastfeeding in the future once we take care of his tongue tie.

Run don't walk to see Kristy for a massage. I did a 90 minute prenatal massage that was glorious. She is SO strong. Yet she can be so gentle. Really intuitive. Book her now - you're body will thank you! Bonus -- she is really nice!

We recently attended childbirth education class with Jessica as the instructor. Jessica was wonderful in teaching us essential concepts about the birth of a child, how to prepare for it, and sharing details about the medical interventions that may come up. The class was very helpful, and we feel better prepared to welcome our baby with a calmer state of mind instead of fear. Thank you, Blooma!
