Best Beginnings offers several parent-and-child classes. Yoga Baby: Development Playgroup is an 11-week series for babies 6 weeks to 20 months, led by a pediatric therapist and covering developmental milestones, infant massage, and baby sign language; parents and other caregivers may attend, with partners at a discounted rate. Summer Speech Storytime is an 8-week series for ages 18-36 months, led by a speech pathologist, using books, songs, and signs. Mama & Me Little Kids Yoga is a drop-in summer class for ages 2.5-6 requiring a parent or caregiver. Postnatal Mama & Me Yoga is an ongoing class for postpartum women, with babies welcome but optional. The studio's yoga teacher holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and has over 25 years of experience.
