Today while in the Lincoln library I noticed an issue with the upstairs restroom. There are two restrooms that are for either gender but you are not allowed to lock the restroom door from the inside?🤔I spoke to one of the workers about the issue and she acted as if that was perfectly normal. So a grown man can be standing at the urinal while a little girl or grown woman walks in???🤔That is a complete disaster just waiting to happen. Nothing about this situation makes any kind of sense!

It used to be our favorite place to go We have one children’s book out right now that we did not know we had at home I was not aware of it They automatically put it in the lost Told me I have to pay $20 before we can check out books again instead of Renewing the book and letting us bring all of them back at once we’ve never had this problem before until today my kids were very disappointed they didn’t get to bring their books home to read I’m disappointed in also it’s 100 degrees outside and the kids just wanted a book to read and they were let down

Interesting down tow library where the thieves show up in packs... and the staffing dont do shit to stop it and claim they not srsponcble for anything that come up missing and will not help you... so don't leave your stuff unattended... avoid this library or be very mindful of the people around you... I can say I've have not had no problem at the library with staff. They have been helpful and courteous to me but when the men's room wasn't working downstairs and I asked him to keep an eye on my stuff they said they weren't responsible??? Wasn't asking you to move a thousand ton of bricks simply because I wasn't packing up all of my stuff and carrying it to the bathroom upstairs... they said we're not responsible... so I can't help you get past two stars with that kind of customer service? What is a large library with a lot of tables are near plugs and then they complain when you run extension cord to the plug because they claim it's a trip hazard???
