I’ve been a longtime customer of Barnes & Noble for many years, so it’s disappointing to see the current condition of this location. While the staff—particularly one floor associate—was knowledgeable and helpful, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the store need serious attention. The café area (Starbucks) was especially concerning: • Tables were visibly dirty with crumbs and residue • Floors appeared unswept and poorly maintained • Food handling practices did not appear sanitary (items taken directly from display rather than properly stored inventory) For a space where people sit, read, and consume food, cleanliness should be a top priority. The bookstore itself was better organized, but many books showed signs of heavy handling without upkeep. This location has great potential and a strong brand behind it, but it currently does not reflect the standard expected from Barnes & Noble. I hope management takes steps to improve sanitation and overall store presentation.

My first thought was that this is a store for school. But the first time I went inside with a group, I was surprised. It was a bookstore with a cafe with delicious breakfast pastries.🍰🥧😉 They also have tables and chairs for when you sit down,read a book 📖 and drink coffee. ☕ They also sell puzzle pieces here too like Lego Star wars and other stuff. Also onesies and stuffed animals. You can also buy cookies, brownies and other treats. Some of them are kind of expensive but most of them aren't.☕ The place is full of knowledge and has your favorite stories to read and learn.📚📕 I recommend this your favorite bookstore because it has a cafe and it's located near the mall.👍😉📖👌☕📚

Great experience!!!! Stuff is awesome!!! We have school projects for photo shoot, they allowed as to do it! While my wife was doing photos , I with the kid explored the books and toys around. We make few purchases, also they have book reading sessions for kids! Great place, very nice and clean!
