Aqua-Tots Swim School Boise | Ada County, ID

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Aqua-Tots, thanks to Coach Emily! She’s been absolutely fantastic with our two toddlers - patient, encouraging, and incredibly skilled at making swim lessons fun and safe. Our kids look forward to seeing her every week, and we’ve noticed so much improvement in their confidence in the water. Coach Emily has a real gift with children, and we’re so grateful for the care and energy she puts into every session. Highly recommend!

the coaches are AMAZING!! the front desk, are so helpful and friendly. always welcoming and amazing to talk to. the coaches are always very patient with the kids, they're really flexible when it comes to classes and the kids always are happy to go in. even when there's a kid crying, they all help each other to calm down the kids. this is a great place to send your kids, especially if it's their first time in water ❤️

I’m sad to say it but I was really dissatisfied with this AquaTots. We set up a one-on-one evaluation for our toddler who had very little swimming experience. We were immediately concerned about the lack of communication and how hard it was to get ahold of anyone to answer our questions. When we showed up, the staff behind the desk started talking about how she hated her job and hated working there. Then, instead of a one-on-one evaluation, they put our toddler in a class with 3 other kids. I explained that she was very nervous and wanted to take it easy. I immediately regretted letting her do the class when they left her alone holding onto the side of the pool, something she’s never done before, and she was terrified. I was worried we might never get her in a pool again. We went to Water Wings in Eagle instead and had a WAAAAY better experience.
