My children have loved going to 2 mindful girls for their special pop up events like Glow yoga, Encanto camp, Taylor swift themed camp, Essential oil camp, etc. Lisa is a wonderful human. She is kind and patient with the kiddos. I look forward to more kid/adult nights.

My daughter has been going to 2 Mindful Girls for years and honestly can't wait to go to her weekly classes and monthly evening camp. Lisa and Ava are so creative in their yoga/mindfulness and art lessons, and are really engaging with the kids. I can't recommend them enough!
