About this class
SafeSplash feels like the kind of swim school that really pays attention to where your kiddo is at - they're big on tracking progress and actually telling you about it, which is refreshing since some places just throw kids in the water and hope for the best. They do these "Splash-N-Tell" sessions where your little one gets to show off what they've learned, and honestly, kids eat that stuff up because they love having an audience for their new skills. What I appreciate is that they seem to get that every kid learns differently and at their own pace, so there's less of that pressure to keep up with the class overachiever. The whole safety-first thing isn't just marketing speak either - they really do focus on actual water safety skills that could save your child's life, not just making them look like they can swim. Because at the end of the day, we all just want our kids to be safe around water and maybe not have a meltdown every time bath time rolls around.
Parents mention how their kiddos can’t stop chatting about the mermaid games they played in class! It’s such a joy to see them so excited about swimming!

Iv been bringing my 3 year daughter here for a few months. She had Elijah, and Tyler as her teachers, and they both have been great with her! She’s definitely a lot more comfortable in the water. They’ve taught her to be comfortable going underneath the water, floating on her back, climbing out of the pool, jumping in, kicking correctly ect ect! They have all been great, we will continue going to this class! It’s great to see her improving little, by little!

We have attended this program for a few months now. The instructors are very patient and helpful. They explain the directions well and are understanding that some days our child can be tougher than others to teach. Anytime the lesson has been cancelled we are issued the appropriate refund in a timely manner.

This is what happens at Safesplash when the instructors fail to pay attention to your 3 year old daughter and she falls in the pool not once, but twice. She went under the water both times and the instructor was very uncaring. When the person who does the check ins asked what happened, the instructor just said she fell in a shoulder shrug kind of way. When we called to discuss the situation, I was offered one free session. So, apparently my daughter's safety is worth $40. We paid extra for her to have a more one on one experience and on this day, that didn't happen. I won't be recommending Safesplash to anyone.

Don’t go there ! My boy go there over 4 months and he still can’t swimming because new instructor every time you come, and you see they want you to do same movements over and over against .Around the pools dirty, water temperature hot or very cold ,The new manager Julia unprofessional careless and liar on kid . I come over stopped me to talk boy and said I cannot rush my boy to jump. Because He Jump on the instructor last time that completely untrue. The instructor told him to jump then he catch him, But The manager seat in the table don’t know Communication between them and said my boy Jump on him she also talk to her group and tell me boy timeout whales every one still on pools. I hope the general should review and find better manager with more knowledge understand your rule ReSpond : The instructor told my boy to jump then he will catching my boy . He didn’t jumped on instructor last time that Lie . Your respond probably just protected your business and employer, I saw your respond you never sethe point where your employer wrong so you can’t fixed . For samples your employer stop parent and say you cannot talk to your child

( 1 star is being gracious) Super disappointed in this program and the overall presentation from the website vs what you get when you show up. First the pool is disgusting, located in the Holiday Inn in Manchester, gross bathrooms to change in, dirty and extremely small.. But the worst part is the disorganization, we were enrolled in a class ( recieved the email notification) but werent able to attend that session so I called and spoke with someone who said "no problem just attend next weeks". We showed up for class, after the initial shock of the cleanliness of the pool I decided to give it a shot. The instructors were great, so patient and kind! Class had to end early due to someone vomiting in the pool so they said they would credit our accounts. I thought nothing of it, fast forward to the following Sunday, we show up and the pool is closed (not surprised) but we didn't get any notice. I called only to be told we weren't ever enrolled in a class and still showing on the wait list!!!!!! Now the only resolution is to wait until an opening comes.. Im incredibly disappointed, the website and the app make it appear that your enrolling in this incredible program, but when you show up you get a dirty pool and total disorganization and disappointment.. Such a shame for something that should be enjoyable..
