My kids had so much fun! I love how not only they worked out, but also learned important concepts like teamwork. I also like the fact that the instructors pushed them to do their best (improve their form, finish reps) but also helped them recognize their own effort and said that credo at the end which is great for building and reinforcing their confidence

I’ve seen such a positive change in my son since starting KidStrong. One of my biggest concerns was his confidence and communication skills, and I can truly say both have improved so much. I’ve also noticed a big difference in his mobility, he used to get hurt easily and take longer to recover, but now he bounces back quickly and handles things with more resilience. Every week I see more progress, and the best part? He counts down the days until he gets to go back. We’re so grateful for this program & the team at Carmel

My 4 year old and I loved every minute of our free class. The coaches were amazing and so kind, I could definitely tell they were used to very active kids :-) They were patient and so good at communicating with us. My favorite part was they weren’t afraid to physically assist my son if he needed it and they were always right there, ready to help! Z said he loved it and wants to go back.

Upon first looks, both of my boys were ready to sign up even before actually trying it out. They were impressed with the equipment and set up. And after watching the class before them, they were so excited to get started. Once they were finished - they couldn’t stop talking about it in the car. The staff were friendly and welcoming to me and the boys and made them feel welcomed and included so they weren’t afraid or nervous being brand new. My son said Coach Sam was his favorite and he really enjoyed the obstacle course and the team games. He can’t wait to go back.
