It’s really nice to have a swimming school in our neighborhood. I visited the location to take a picture and upload it to Google Maps as part of my contribution as a Local Guide. I’m trying to support the community by sharing helpful information. I asked the staff if I could take a few pictures inside the building (without including any people’s faces), just to give others an idea of the facility. One of the employees asked the manager, and the manager said I was not allowed to take any photos inside. I found this a bit strange since others have already posted interior photos before. Unfortunately, the manager was not very professional or helpful. While the building itself looks clean and well-designed, I’m not confident that the staff are properly trained or focused on customer service

Both of my sons are enrolled at Big Blue Swim School, and Hattie has been their instructor. She is absolutely amazing patient, professional, and knows exactly how to connect with kids while keeping them focused and learning. My boys have shown clear progress since starting with her, and they genuinely look forward to every class. Hattie creates a positive, structured environment that makes a real difference. We feel fortunate to have her as their instructor.

Very happy to have this school in the local area . Everyone was nice and friendly and helpful with the free trial. Trainers were experts and patient with my grandson since he has no experience . It was a really good trial and my grandson was so happy and he wants to sign him for more lessons. Mohamed was a great instructor.

The facility itself is great — the pool is very clean and well-maintained. However, the biggest issue is with the management and scheduling. Some instructors are assigned 3–4 students at the same time, which makes it hard for the kids to get proper attention. Meanwhile, other instructors are sitting around without students. There also seems to be frequent confusion with scheduling — several families, including mine, had their times mixed up. If they could improve their scheduling system and better manage instructor assignments, this would be a much better experience overall.

It was amazing experience with my nephew’s swimming lesson! My nephew is extremely anxious about water. The instructor (Hattie) was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. She helped my nephew build confidence in the water. She took the time to build trust and didn’t push beyond comfort levels, while still making steady progress during the lesson. The lesson was fun, well-structured, and very effective.
